Today, I am having a little time out of the back-to-the-good old days thought. Sometimes it’s good to stand still, take a deep breath, count your blessings gadgets and think about all the luxuries and knowledge of the Here and Now. So I did. I compared the Here and Now to approximately ten years ago. And in my book that’s already a retro status. So here we go:
There weren’t a lot (online) vintage and retro fashion webshops as now. Can you imagine? What did all those vintage and retro lovers do? Were did they find those lovely feminine fashion items? This calls for an investigation.
Some years ago, I didn’t know that a little bit of red pepper and hot chocolate go very well together. Now I do. Which is very important if you want to take my blog title literally.

When I say challenges, what is the first thing that pops up in your mind? To have and to hold a healthier lifestyle for example? Or maybe to do something you’ve never done before like…bungeejumping? When we are talking about physical or other “tangible” challenges, a lot of people will be up for it. But what about the mental challenges? The amount of people that will start with a mental challenge is far less than physical challenges. The ones that will try to keep challenging themselves mentally? Even fewer. However, keep in mind that everyday, everyone is “seeking” for happiness. Isn’t it ironic? So, let’s hear it for the mental challenges. Because what’s within you will influence every action on the outside.

Every day of your life you leave a trail of choices with or without mistakes. Today might have been a good day or it might have been a bad day. Tomorrow you might get lucky or maybe you won’t. Next week you might make some good choices and next month a (few) mistake(s). Or you mix it all up in a cocktail of good and bad choices in one day. Anything can happen.Keep in mind that the ones that are making good choices today, will also make mistakes. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but next week, next month or a few years from now. Because everyone gets hit by the mistakes missile every now and then.
