Oriental Spice and some Chocolate

Movie trailers: where would we be without them.

They seduce you to go the theater (or spend time behind your laptop) and leave you with satisfaction, because you liked the full movie and not just the 3 minutes trailer that you’ve watched before.

Or…

They seduce you to go to the theater while afterwards leave you wondering why you did not spend your money on…oriental spices and some chocolate for example, because the trailer included the best moments of the movie.

One way or another trailers have always been an important promotion channel. Nowadays for the amazing special effects and in the old days for that good old Hollywood glamour. Today I am showing some movie trailers of a few “mustsee” Old Hollywood movies. Keep in mind that ofcourse in those days laptops, tablets and watching movies online were soooo not 20th century. Oh and another thing: don’t let the black and white pixels scare you. The world is not always black and white, but some of the greatest Old Hollywood movies are. Enjoy!
